Paul W. Tyshchenko

Paul W. Tyshchenko is an associate with Caruso Smith Picini; his practice encompasses civil litigation, administrative matters, and the representation of those accused of crimes and other offenses.

A large portion of Mr. Tyshchenko’s practice is focused on defending the rights of public employees, including, but not limited to, law enforcement officers and teachers. In addition to representing individuals, Mr. Tyshchenko proudly represents several public-sector unions, including various education associations and Fraternal Order of Police locals.

Mr. Tyshchenko also represents clients in civil matters; criminal matters; zoning and land-use matters; labor negotiations; arbitrations; and, proceedings before PERS, PFRS, TPAF, and PERC.

Mr. Tyshchenko is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Caruso Smith Picini, Mr. Tyshchenko devoted much of his career to public service, including working for the Borough of Haddonfield, Rutgers University, and the New Jersey Pinelands Commission.

Mr. Tyshchenko earned his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. He later earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
